Tracking patient progress has never been more important. Making sure those in your facility are showing improvements in their mental health is critical to your success as a treatment center. Utilizing surveys such as the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 enable you to ensure that your in house treatment is working to help them get back on the horse. But while it’s easy to monitor patient status and provide support while they’re on site, there is often a disconnect between Alumni and the facility itself. As a treatment center, your job is to help those who come to you get back to being healthy self sufficient members of society. But how do you make sure your program’s reach extends beyond the 90 days the individual spends on your campus?
That is where One Step comes in. While we offer your standard surveys such as the PTSD Checklist and Christo Substance Misuse form, we also provide surveys and KPIs that provide you with information on those that have left your treatment center. When you log into One Step you’ll find recorded outcomes such as:
- Number of Normal Transitions out of the program
- % of Patients Employed upon Discharge
- Average meetings Attended per week
You’ll also find surveys that you can send to check in on their progress. These surveys ask questions like “Have you maintained Sobriety since discharge” and “Are you currently in a 12 Step program?”. You’ll even find some that ask the alumni if they were satisfied with your facility and if they’d recommend you to a loved one. With One Step it’s no longer just knowing the status of your patients while they’re in your treatment center. It’s now being able to track their progress as a sober adult and how your program is doing in terms of alumni happiness. You’re able to monitor more outcomes so you’re able to see areas where you may need improvement, or where you’re succeeding.
