The story of this organization begins with a tragic loss of a mother and son. With the aim to save lives and make a difference, this program opened its doors in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The faith based men’s sober living program lasts for 7 months and uses the 12 step program to guide its residents.
Each day they strive to help people to become responsible, accountable members of society who contribute to their community. Pastor Kevin Day works with his staff to support every person who comes through their doors in one way or another. They have seen firsthand that success is possible if someone is willing to change and live in an encouraging, nurturing environment that reinforces their recovery.
Lifegate Freedom Recovery Ministry has been with One Step since March of 2020. We partner with their organization to ensure they have the tools they need to keep their business organized while they focus on taking care of people and helping them heal.
