The Iron Tribe Network was founded by two people in 2009 who wanted to start an effective transitional housing program using the urban tribe model. This not-for-profit program helps individuals and families navigate recovery after being affected by addiction, mental health, and more.
In their 10 long term recovery and wellness homes as well as their four other homes, you’ll be able to find peer support, housing, and family reunification services. These peer-run programs work for people and with people to create a safe environment where they can start their recovery journey. Their team is constantly striving to support the community they’ve built with dedication, understanding, and a little bit of elbow grease. The goal to provide a place and way for people to succeed is met with the determination and care of the peers that create and run Iron Tribe Network.
