One Step has made leaps forward in 2019. Here is a summary of the journey thus far, all thanks to our awesome community of clients!

As a company laser focused on the addiction recovery industry, we are proud of our accomplishments in 2019 and can’t thank our loyal customers enough for allowing us to help their organizations manage their recovery centers and sober living homes. In 2019 we’ve reached the milestone of helping over 500 sober living homes and treatment centers across the nation better manage their organizations efficiently, digitally, securely, and in a mobile friendly manner.

Our management software has helped close to 20,000 individuals going through their recovery journey be better served by their facilities and homes who run their organization on One Step!

Our mobile Client App has been leveraged by close to 3,000 clients providing them with powerful resources to aid in their recovery journey. These clients have taken over 90,000 actions on the mobile Client App which further proves the value added to their day by day progress.

In 2019 our NPS score for the One Step Software has risen to 40 ( a GREAT NPS score!). We are so proud of this score. It is a testament to how much our clients value and rely on One Step. We work hard to always be available to our clients and try our best to build features that are most beneficial to our clients.

This year we did several things, including:

  •  Redesigned the Client App. Here are some testimonials from clients post redesign:

  • Enhanced the Payment Feature, which now allows you to:
    • Process payments for your clients all within your One Step account
    • Send invoices 
    • Send Receipts 
    • Process partial payments 
  • The unveiling of the Outcomes Dashboard
    • Capture data points to better understand how your program is performing and collect data about your program to share with insurance companies, funding sources or accreditation organizations
  • Outcomes surveys 
    • One Step now offers standardized outcomes tools for you to send your clients via the app or by email
    • By having your clients fill these surveys out, you have a pulse on what is going on in your program, how an individual is faring in your program and how alumni are doing post-program

And we aren’t stopping!! We have big plans for 2020!
